Good day from Boston friends... as I'm writing this on a cold Saturday night its snowing for the 2nd time in a week already... if this is any indication of the winter to come we may have a lot of this...
If you visit our Facebook page you'll know that we're in the midst of our 10th DVD Guessing Contest. We're 5 days away from our next High Def filmed program and I am very excited about this latest release. You can expect another fantastic presentation with some great pilots and many camera angles in the cockpit. The program is 250 minutes and is packed with a bit of everything!
Meanwhile I finished editing program 11 and I'm more than excited about this one, I have a feeling it will become our top seller very soon after its release... and not much rest as I'm starting to edit program 12 on Monday and from what I've seen this is going to be another winner... Boy have we been blessed with some fantastic pilots lately!
New Programs
I am really delighted to be bringing you the conclusion of our 1st Austrian Airlines series! Since 2003 we have been filming this wonderful airline with the idea to include the entire fleet and take you to a nice variety of destinations. We accomplished both by featuring the A330, A319, A320, A321, B737-600, B737-700, B737-800, B767-300 and B777-200. Half of the programs on the A320 and B737 take you to a variety of short and medium haul destinations across Europe and the Middle East, the other half are long haul routes with the A330 taking you to China, B767 to North America and B777 to Asia and Australia. Most importantly each of these programs are hosted by great pilots who take their time to explain as much as they possibly can in details. I'd like to thank Austrian for a fantastic cooperation and hopefully we will be back to Vienna in the future!

You will have 250 minutes of yet another great crew presenting their aircraft and flights to you, filmed in Hi-Def, widescreen and with multi-cameras... and we mean multi! VHS to DVD Programs
Many of you had been asking for it and its finally here ROYAL727 & 737! You will be flying the B727-200 to Mexico and B737-200 to Florida ; 2 classic airplanes & cockpits with 2 great crews. For something that was filmed close to 15 years ago these programs are a must see and must add to your collection and best of all, each of the 2 sold for $25 back 15 years ago and now you get both on a single DVD for just $30.

While our initial idea was to do this VHS to DVD only in 2011 for our 20th Anniversary, the enormous success and popularity of these programs changed our minds and we will be extending this past the end of the year so expect to see more VHS programs make their way onto DVD.
Sold Out Programs
This month has seen several re-releases in this section starting with the very popular KUWAIT AIRWAYS program which by the way is the longest program in the series at 6 hours (on 2 DVDs) but selling for just $10 more than a single DVD which is another great deal!
We've gone ahead and re-released the AIR CARAIBES program. Talk about a packed DVD. You'll have a transatlantic crossing ending up with a snowy landing at Paris on the Airbus A330, followed by some regional flights on the ATR72 and Embraer 145 and Dornier 228 including landings at the spectacular St Maarten and scary St Barth! and then some really exotic-scenic flights on the CN-208 to various islands in Guadeloupe.
Last, but not least, with the ROYAL B727-200 to Mexico & B737-200 to Florida arriving on DVD we decided to make the ROYAL A310 to London and L1011 to Las Vegas available again. Those programs sold really well on VHS and again on DVD when first released a few years ago.
As with the VHS to DVD programs we had decided to do these re-releases just in 2011 but we have picked some more for release in 2012. Some of thes programs deserve another shot and we have so many new customers that we want to give them a chance at those programs as well... however I do want to let all of you know that some of the programs that are about to sell out, such as the GOODJET A320 that sold out a couple of weeks ago, may never get another run... so stay tuned to Facebook & Twitter and if you hear about a DVD thats about to sell out and you don't want to miss out, get it then and there before its too late.
