SHIPPING Outside the USA Order processing is generally 4-6 business days! For shipping delivery times & cost click here! You are always responsible for any duties & taxes! We only accept responsability for shipments up to 10 DVDs! If you order more than 10 DVDs you accept responsability for loss/damage. If your country isn't listed it means we do not ship there. If you want to arrange a shipment please email us!

Order Policy - All Sales are Final! Please be very careful when placing an order on our website!!! Once the order is placed it cannot be changed and we accept no returns! We will replace defective DVDs through December 29th, 2015 however Just Planes will not be responsible for any shipping expenses.
DVD Availability Many of the DVDs are only available in smaller quantities and can sell out anytime. If a DVD sells out while you order we will offer you another title or a refund.
